Doyle Morris Coaching and Development offers short masterclasses which are highly interactive and offer practical opportunities for personal and professional growth in a short space of time. These short courses are therefore ideal for network meetings, evening events, lunchtime training sessions or break-out sessions during conferences.
Masterclasses allow the participants to make decisions about what needs to be learnt for themselves so they create real-world strategies that have personal meaning for them. The content of these courses is closely focused to a specific career and personal development topic so that the time is focused around an issue or opportunity they currently face. For a series of network meetings, topics could be interchanged so that group members have exposure to a selection of topics as prioritised by the sponsor. This gives network members a comprehensive overview of what it takes to succeed professionally and how to put the tools they already have at their disposal to work for them whilst learning to strenghten new skills.
Masterclasses include:
"Beyond the Boys' Club: Strategies for Achieving Career Success as a Woman in a Male Dominated Field" "Being the Boss You Dreamt Of: Stepping Up To Leadership" "Managing Your Maternity Break"
"The Art of Delegation: Building Relationships Whilst Sharing Opportunities" "Reciprocal Growth: Getting and Being a Great Mentor"
"Work a Room Like you Mean it: Networking for Results"
"Gender Communications in the Workplace"
"Working Smarter, Not Harder"
